Adventuredome Circus Circus in Las Vegas is covered by a five-and-a-half acre pink glass dome. But this is no little girly theme park. This place is packed full of lightning-fast rides and fast-action laser tag. The fastest ride inside the Dome is the Sling Shot. In this ride you can experience 4 Gs shooting towards the pink ceiling and 1 G going back down to the ground. Visit Adventuredome for complete details.

Stratosphere Big Shot Las Vegas

Written by opi on December 24, 2008 – 12:33 pm -

Stratosphere Big Shot Las Vegas is a sweet ride at night because you’re shooting right for the stars and moon. The Big Shot ride at the very top of the Stratosphere Tower shoots 16 riders to 1,049 feet from ground level. This is as close as it gets to being an astronaut as you are launched 160 feet in 2.5 seconds at 45 mph, which feels a lot faster than 45 mph. This calculates to total weightlessness with 4 Gs of force that literally lift you off your seat and probably morphs your face. You are coming down at 0 Gs and then bungee up and down the last three times before floating back to the launch pad one minute later. The Big Shot at the Stratosphere is the ultimate rush. Many daredevils want to ride it over and over again. And, to there luck, there is a discount to ride a second time. There are restrictions on age, height, and weight and for obvious reason. And extreme weather conditions could shut the ride down so you should probably call the Stratosphere Big Shot Las Vegas to make sure you’re set to ride.

Welcome to Las Vegas sign has parking

Written by kelly on December 23, 2008 – 4:42 pm -

Finally, safety first for people wanting to take pictures under the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign on the Strip. There is a new parking lot in front of the famous sign which fits buses, the handicapped, and car parking. I can’t believe this parking lot wasn’t built 20 years ago but at least it’s there now. There is only one entrance to the parking lot and that is by driving south on the Las Vegas Strip, in other words, Mandalay Bay will be behind you. The sign is located in the median of the Las Vegas Boulevard and is south of Mandalay Bay. Since the new parking lot has been put in you might find yourself waiting in line to get a picture of your group standing under this fabulous sign.
