We sat down, put a few coins in the slot machines and instantly there was a waitress there to take our FREE drink orders. There are so many different casinos to choose from and all different times of gambling games. Las vegas casinos are the most famous casinos in the entire world. There are about 38 hotels/casinos within 4 miles on the Strip, in Las Vegas.

Stratosphere Poker Room Review
Written by Jason on February 17, 2009 – 12:05 pm -I needed to review the poker room at the Stratosphere Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas so I have played in a few tournaments here. I won 4 ranging from chopped first place to couple 3d place finishes. This tournament can be very fast with 20 minute blinds and tourists going all in quickly so pros will probably not like it. My biggest problem is with the economy being as bad as it is they are having trouble competing with the big rooms like Caesars and the Venetian. Even the Sahara which runs a similar tournament has more entrants. Now when you play cash you only need a few fish at the table and all is well but for a tournament to be worthwhile you need at least 4-5 tables. Many times I have visited the poker room at the Strat only to find that the there were not enough people to even have one full table. Now my times wasted and thats not fun. The room has about 20 tables. Staff are nice and fair. Bathrooms are within 100 feet and the exit doors if you park across the street are only about 140 feet away. You can get table side orders for food. The room tends to be noisy due to the slots and karaoke coming from Roxy’s Diner. Many times I have tried to get in a cash game while waiting for a tournament to start only to not even be able to do that. Sometimes too few. Sometimes too many. This place is fun but just hit and miss so if you are staying here great. Run down and check the conditions. Otherwise if you want more serious poker look elsewhere.

Wynn Poker Room Review Las Vegas
Written by Jason on February 2, 2009 – 2:15 pm -Wynn poker room in Las Vegas is busy and clean but noisy and the seating and table layouts are crowded and too tight to relax. There is money to be made here though because many young people are here checking the place out and playing some “give me your money I am here to have fun” poker. Wynn has well managed daily poker tournaments with buyins a little higher than many. I learned how to make good money playing poker online while having fun then I go here to take the casual players bankroll. Wynn and Encore are stunning, beautiful, and extremely top of the line. Stay here and have a serious vacation with someone special.
