Silverton Casino and Poker Room

Silverton Hotel and Casino Las Vegas is a good treat for the entire family, complete with the largest Bass Pro Shops store in the world, hundreds of top quality wildlife mounts, massive walk around aquarium, exhibits, great restaurants, plenty of parking, and is located a block off Interstate 15 from California. Very well decorated, clean, efficient, and good food for the price at eavery restaurant except the dinner buffet. It is overpriced and not worth it, though the restaurant itself deserves a walk through as the decor is stunning. I visited today to cover the Poker room. It is well laid out though small, with 4-8 tables going depending on the tournament structure. The Poker room staff was helpful and dealt well, with the room supervisor even walking down to the players club to get two of us signed up for casino memberships. The lighting was poor, it was rather noisy around the room, the seats were too tall, the table was the worst construction and design I have ever played on. If they spent a little money on decent poker tables I would come back especially since if you buy in for $100 between noon and 2 pm they give you $20 FREE!
