Frontier Hotel Las Vegas, NV is no longer on the Strip, as it was imploded on November 13, 2007. It has an interesting history that started on October 30, 1942 when it opened its doors for business. At first, it was a nightclub known as Pair-O-Dice in 1930. It became the Ambassador Night Club in 1936 and the ‘91 Club’ in 1939. When it opened in 1942, it was rebuilt as a casino called the Last Frontier. In 1955, it was renamed the New Frontier after undergoing renovations. Visit Frontier for complete details.
