Encore to house XS nightclub

Written by Jason on April 12, 2008 – 7:15 pm -

XS managed by  Steve Wynn’s Las Vegas team will probably become one of the most renown clubs on the globe.

We are talking about a club so spacious, so decadent that even Hollywoods elite will make it the very reason for coming to Vegas for the weekend: a real destination, not an after thought.

Make plans because once this 40,000+ square foot club opens in late December 2008 it will be VIP line passes and gorgeous celebrities only for the first couple months.

It is free to join our Las Vegas mailing list if you want priority notification of any free passes we get to the grand opening, premier week, celebrity soft openings, special events, etc.

Being part of the Las Vegas press does have some benefits but usually we cannot use all the passes so we give them out to those on the mailing list.

They hire directly without using outside recruiters typically so simply show up and follow the employment process for application.

Club XS sucks – interior is not that great, service is mediocre but the worst thing is they treat the bottle service guests like shit – wait an hour outside to drop $1600 even with reservations. Rather go to Tryst or a handful of other clubs…

I agree with JR somewhat. I thought it was the one of the most beautiful clubs i’ve ever seen BUT (and that is a BIG BUT) The service was terrible at the bar near the casino area. AND THE WORST PART is the music! Don’t get me wrong, I love all types of music but i’m sure that not everyone there loves trance/techno/house music all night long.

After noticing that they didn’t play ANY hip hop (other than house mashups from hip hop) I decided to time it when they finally did. 34 mins of hip hop for the whole night. 34 minutes.
And when I say hip hop, that just means anything other than house, so rap, hip hop, dancehall etc. I’m a seasoned dj and that was a joke. OH and XS, please spend a lil more money on more bartenders and a GOOD DJ! An emcee or hype man would be good too.
