An estimated completion of 40,000 new hotel rooms will add a full 10% to our job base of 965,000 jobs in our valley.

Vegas holds job fairs regularly. They are usually held in casinos, like Sahara or "Suncoast", even the Venetian. The idea is kind of like speed dating. Potential employees and employers meet and form a quick impression of each other. It's useful to have 2 skills for these job fairs.
