Celebrities have their own VIP parlor with a glassed-in area where they can see you on the dance floor, but you can't see them.
The pool is probably one of the best entertainments in town. Expect a full on party with DJs spinning the latest tunes, Rock Star lemonades and incredible bodies of the young, rich, tattooed, famous and all other shapes in between. On Sundays, the pool scene is known as a daytime destination called Rehab. The casino makes it easy for you to drink, wade in the water and gamble with the popular swim-up blackjack at the Poolside Palapa.
Inside the casino, you'll be gambling and listening to your favorite rock'n'roll songs overhead. Dealers are friendly. Waitresses get your drinks fast. Expect blackjack minimums to be higher at night.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is situated about ½ mile east of the Strip, on the corner of Paradise and East Harmon. Taking a cab to the Strip is your best bet, as it's a little far to walk. Casinos like Planet Hollywood, "Project City Center," Bellagio and the Paris are closest to the Hard Rock. Getting to and from McCarran International Airport is very easy. Just travel down Paradise Road.
Dining at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is a happening experience. Don't miss Cinco de Taco at the Pink Taco on the 5th day of every month. They serve inexpensive Coronas and Sauza Hornito Margaritas and appetizers are half-priced from 4pm to closing. Mariachis will entertain you from 6pm to 7pm.

Usually the wait at registration is not that long. This is a smaller casino compared to the mega giants on the Strip like the MGM Grand or the Venetian. Rooms and suites here are the perfect party pads, decorated in a rock'n'roll theme with classic rock star photos on the walls.
Unlike most hotels in Vegas, the Hard Rock has wide French doors that open on to the pool or mountain view. You won't be starved for fresh air in your hotel room.
