Insider Secret - Dining alone? Eat at the bar in these top restaurants, an easy way to meet interesting people and have a great meal. |
Las Vegas has over 3,000 restaurants now. You could spend almost 10 years going out every night, and not experience all the restaurants have to offer here. Italian is immensely popular with best choice going to B&B Ristorante at Venetian, the offspring of New York award winning Chef Mario Batali. B&B is strangely casual while being very soulful - enjoy Whole Grilled Branzino or Spicy Lamb Sausage with mint at this best Las Vegas restaurant.

You've got to take Mom's call even when your food comes at a best Las Vegas restaurant as diner Kiki Kalor does pictured here. "Yes, Mom, it's that good!" Yes, tell her what she is missing, just don't take too long, my huge lamb chop is waiting.
Taking a good idea from California, authentic ethnic restaurants have become the rage in Vegas. One can usually explore these intense eateries at substantial savings over their famous Strip brethrens. When choosing a best Las Vegas restaurant consider Ichiza, Japanese, Gandhi's, Indian, Café Heidelberg, German and provincial Italian Panevino. Lotus of Siam and Archi's Thai Kitchen are serviceable Thai restaurants that share the benefit of spicy foods.
On the fun side, try restaurant Eliseevsky also called Artem, and enjoy authentic Russian and Ukraine dishes like Tipsy Salmon, Red Caviar, Borsch, Siberian Pelmeni and Shrimp to Russian Beer. Impromptu dancing to the dinnertime musical performances are fun and entertaining. Kiki Kalor joined in the celebration singing songs in Russian, Armenian and French.

In your quest for your best Las Vegas restaurant don't forget to stop in any of the many restaurant bars and enjoy a bottle of bubbly like Gruet in this picture. I love champagne, and I don't mind saving money by ordering tasty sparklers like Gruet Rose out of New Mexico or Frizzante by Doman St Michelle, which go perfectly with any foods.
I want to mention 2 of my favorites and very solid performers: "Blue Martini", and Grand Lux at the Venetian. Blue Martini is great because their happy hour everyday has some of the best food and best prices in town, not to mention a festive atmosphere attracting all ages, something not often seen here as nightclubs are for the young, and fancy restraints seen to appeal to an older, established crowd. Grand Lux simply has something for every palate with its huge, long menu; every dish is solidly prepared on your way to finding the best Las Vegas restaurant.
