Revere Golf Course Las Vegas

Revere Golf Course Las Vegas is actually 2 golf courses, the Lexington and the newer Concorde. Both courses are a lesson in golfing and scenery. Hidden bunkers, blind shots and raised greens create a challenge for every level of play. Rugged desert canyons and valleys of the Las Vegas foothills present unending, awe-inspiring views of the city below and mountains beyond.

Mike's Insider Locals Tip - Twilight golfing at Revere is any time after 12:30 pm on these twin courses. Count on getting a substantial percentage off. The views and scenery at Revere are phenomenal. Remember locals pay less!

Award-winning and assured of itself, Revere is managed by the leader in upscale golf management: Troon Golf, out of Scottsdale, Arizona. Troon Golf manages over 150 golf courses in 30 states and 15 countries. There are over 25 Troon facilities that enjoy a top 100 ranking.

Trust me the views are awesome. See photos. I just want you to know there are no caddies and there is no walking allowed. Golf carts are mandatory and included in your fee. There is a driving range with all the balls you want. Also available are putting green, chipping area, practice bunker, teaching pro, golf school, golf shop and full restaurant with bar. You can rent clubs but not shoes. Call for group or tournament pricing. And call for over 12 players, shotguns, food and beverage and transportation. The nearest accommodation is 6 miles away.

There are lots of "golf packages" available between Revere Golf Course Las Vegas and "Harrah's," "Flamingo", Bally, Rio and Caesar's. Make sure you check out the stay and play packages before you take your golf vacation in Las Vegas. You will need a car to get to Revere. Its south in Henderson, about 7 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.

The 36-hole Revere Golf Course Las Vegas was designed by Pro golfer Billy Casper, winner of more than 50 PGA tournaments, and architect Greg Nash. The pair has designed courses all over the world. Their signature is wide landing areas, expansive greens, multiple tees and strategically placed hazards which makes a high risk-reward potential for a golfer at any level.

Those who want more challenging courses should try Shadow Creek Golf Club, "Royal Links", Cascata and the Wynn Golf Course. These courses have more obstacles, more water holes, mountain tees and smaller, target greens. Not for the budgeted golfer these are some of "most expensive golf courses" in Vegas. They are also some of the "best golfing" and "best golf courses in Vegas". Prices at Revere drop significantly after 12:30 pm, often called Twilight, if you are a budget golfer.

Revere says you 'come for the views and stay for the golf.' The Lexington first opened in 1999, and is a 7,133 yard, par-74 course that will test your shot making with model risk reward scenarios. It resides in Desert Canyon and its holes wander through the desert terrain of the Black Mountains in Henderson. There are countless natural elevation changes and distance becomes a tricky element here. With no caddies to help, you will be making quick decisions.

The other golf course at Revere, the Concorde, opened in 2002. It's a combination of single and parallel fairways winding through canyons. Holes 1 - 4 play downhill. Holes 5 - 9 play back uphill. There is the same dramatic elevation change as Lexington, But not as dramatic as you will find on some the courses like Shadow Creek Golf Course. Views of the Strip are jaw-dropping for sure on this 7,034 yard par-72 layout. There is even a 5-acre lake. With the fairways sloping to center, your bad shot may even roll back down at you at the Revere Golf Course Las Vegas.
