circus circus hotel las vegas is the only hotel on the strip with an rv park - by Kiki

Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas

Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas is a themed casino best suited for families with children. Only a hand-full of hotels in Vegas are kid-friendly, like the Excalibur and the Stratosphere with its spectacular thrill rides on top of the tower. The Circus Circus is located on the Strip just north of the Wynn but South of the Sahara.

The lights of the main entrance to Circus Circus are bright. Just across from the doors on the Strip is the larger than life clown sign.

The Riviera is across the street and you can easily walk to the Fashion Show Mall or take a quick cab ride to the Las Vegas Convention Center. Deuce buses run every 6 minutes on the Strip. If you're driving up the Strip you can't miss the clown marquee in front of the hotel. There is an abundance of free parking as well.

It's an older hotel, built in 1968. Don't expect luxury and quiet like you will find at Caesar's Palace or even the Paris. But Circus Circus does offer very affordable room rates. Keep in mind this is a family hotel with lots of children running around. Things look better for the future as renovations began in 2006.

Insider Secret - Be sure to ask the front desk for discounts or coupons for the Adventuredome. You can also find them in the local magazines in the lobby.

The West Tower at the Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas is where you will be checking in. Check-in at the hotel is fairly easy and fast. Getting to your room can be a little bit of a maze. But the rooms are large and clean. Showers have good water pressure. I suggest you ask for a renovated room to get the most up-to-date experience. A room in the West Tower 12th floor or above will have very good views. The maid service is prompt and accommodating with clean linens and towels every day.

Your kids will love the Adventuredome, a 5 acre theme park that's completely indoors. It's comparable to what you might find at a fair rather than Disneyland. Kids will enjoy the rides like the canyon buster or the invertor, games, roller coaster, mini golf and free clown shows. I suggest getting a day pass for a better deal. Ask for discounts or coupons in the lobby. Great for kids 6-14. Also visit the roller coaster at the Sahara Hotel Las Vegas NV.

The Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas is the only hotel on the Strip with an RV Park. KOA, Kampgrounds of America, operates the 399 spaces with 24 hour registration. It has everything you need. You'll find complete utility hook-ups as well as a convenience store, washer/dryer facilities, showers and restrooms and even a pet park.

For one of the best steak experiences you can have in Vegas, you must go to The Steak House in the Circus Circus. It's been voted 'Best Steak House in Las Vegas' for over 20 years. It's half the price of Gallagher's Steakhouse in the New York New York Hotel Las Vegas. It's open every night for dinner with an additional 3 seatings for Sunday brunch. If you are looking to have a good time without spending all your money, be sure to try the Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas.
