Riviera Hotel Las Vegas Nv

Riviera Hotel Las Vegas, NV is a discount hotel like the "Tropicana" and the Flamingo.Stay here for nostalgia or the discounts; it's also great for families. There is a wide range of entertainment, from stand-up comics nightly to traveling headliner shows like ICE - Direct from Russia, for your entertainment.

Insider Secret - Get around on the double decker bus called the Deuce. You can get a 24 hour day pass that's cheap. Deuce stops right in front of the Riveria.

You'll find the Riviera Hotel Las Vegas, NV on the north end of the Strip, across the street from Circus Circus. It's an easy cab ride to the Las Vegas Convention Center. To see the rest of the Strip catch the Deuce bus in front of the hotel. Visit the Fashion Show Mall with 400 stores and eateries located across the street from the Wynn Casino. For roller coaster rides and the NASCAR arcade take the bus to the Sahara north of the Riviera.

The poker room and Race and Sports Book here are not as large as the Hilton and the Bellagio. But there is lots of live gaming with blackjack, craps, roulettes, Pai Gow, Let It Ride and more. Look for the full pay video machines. Cocktails come fast with experienced cocktail waitresses. Make sure you sign up for the Riviera Club card which is free.

The shorter towers with rooms are called San Remo and Mediterranean. Mediterranean rooms are right next to the casino, while San Remo rooms overlook the pool. Rooms here are spacious and clean if not somewhat sparse. Pay a little more and stay in one of the newer towers, called Monte Carlo or Monaco. Don't wait to book your room. Vegas has 90% occupancy and rooms go fast.

For an outrageously good time we recommend the show La Cage. It's in the main showroom at the Riviera Hotel Las Vegas, NV. Frank Marino stars as Joan Rivers with other impersonators in this Paris-like, cabaret tradition. Le Bistro has other rotating shows, including, Barbra and Frank: The Show That Never Was featuring Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra impersonators; the popular Neil Diamond tribute show with Jay White; and Dr. Scott Lewis, the comedic hypnotist.

Crazy Girls is a long-running topless revue with sexy girls singing, dancing and Tony Douglas as their host comedian-magician. You'll also find a Comedy Club with improv similar to the "Tropicana" and Harrah's. Want a sexy Las Vegas star that really gets the audience involved to perform at your event? Contact Kiki Kalor.

Kristofer's is their top restaurant and it presents food in the old Vegas way. All the entrees come with your choice of salad, fresh baked bread and a small dessert. The food is well-priced and we recommend this restaurant. Try their Bailey's Irish Crème frozen soufflé. The buffet here is called World's Fare and is as good as or better than the buffet at Circus Circus or the "Sahara." Free passes and discount coupons are readily available. There's even a fast food court called Mardi Gras with over 10 choices at the Riviera Hotel Las Vegas, NV.
