Breathtaking mountain and desert views surround every home with many golf course and lake view home sites and custom homes available as well. We shopped Las Vegas for 18 months prior to buying here in Pahrump, which is a short scenic 40-mile drive to Vegas.

Nothing came close in the valley to what we found in Pahrump to the complete peace and quiet, super affordable brand new homes, pool size lots, super dark night skies for stargazing, price to value ratio, great views, quality of construction, builder reputation, zero traffic because the town only has 2 traffic lights, 5 hours from San Diego, stunning views, lack of pollution, etc.

We love the fact that you can drive 6 minutes from Mountain Falls Pahrump Nevada into town in zero traffic, shop Walmart, Home Depot, Smiths, Walgreens, Albertsons, hit the DMV, and county courthouse, and grab lunch all at once. Time is our greatest asset and we save so much time compared to the traffic and long lines at the stores in Las Vegas.

Most houses in Mountain Falls Pahrump Nevada comprising 9 different developments are Tuscan-style homes surrounding a community center where we hang by the huge nearly Olympic size lap pools and guest pools with lush landscaping, shaded pathways and quiet playgrounds. How may places can you jump in a 20 person outdoor hot tub, swim an hour in a lap pool, then crash nap with a drink by the pool under the watchful gaze of snow capped mountains?

I don't play golf but those who do love this place. Everyone I asked says it is absolutely one of the best first class yet bargain priced courses to golf. It is lush and accompanied by a pro shop, clubhouse restaurant, onsite instructors, and ample free parking. The 18-hole golf course has multiple rolling green hills, water falls and sparkling water features.
