Project 3355 Las Vegas has remained secret long enough. Aiming for a completion date at the end of 2008, Project 3355 will be a multi-use area comprised of outdoor terraces, pools, nightclubs, restaurants, spas, special events and a 53 story condo tower sitting between the Palazzo and the Venetian, exactly as tall as the Palazzo is.

The new 3355 condo tower will connect to both the Venetian and the "Palazzo". Going for a hip and sophisticated vibe, this party area will attract chic, classy and refined guests. By opening in 2008, this urbane center of coolness hopes to beat MGM's, "CityCenter Project" to the punch and to the stylish and more importantly, moneyed clients.

LVS, Las Vegas Sands, with its $5 billion senior secured credit facility is partnering with top business men Kevin Berg, creator of KBA Marketing, Howard Daft, industrialist and noted philanthropist and Shane Christensen, a venture capitalist as founders of Project 3355 Las Vegas. LVS has paid $42 million dollars for the land and air rights to the 3/4 acre parcel of land sitting between Venetian and Palazzo on the Las Vegas Strip.

The condo tower will offer 400 luxury residences. This brings the total number of rooms in the Venetian village to 8000. Currently a model of Project 3355 is on display in the Venetian. Find it near the entrance to the ballrooms, just past the Venetian Showroom. 3355's condo tower will sit between the Venetian and the Palazzo; look at the photo of the model. Adelson's Venetian Hotel Las Vegas is one of the largest and more beautiful resorts on Las Vegas Blvd. More importantly, it has been attracting international visitors as well as upscale clients long before other casinos like Wynn and Bellagio. The interior of the Venetian is designed in the style of Venice with indoor and outdoor canals and real gondoliers who will sing for you during your gondola ride.

On the food and club side of Project 3355 Las Vegas are Sammy Sass and Marc Merran. Among other projects, they are bringing a very sophisticated nightclub idea from London called Mo*Vida. Mo*Vida will be open from 9pm to 5am every day, while seating over 2000 guests in its gigantic 30,000 square feet of chic design. Sass and Merran are hoping to capture the original Mo*Vida's intimate and sophisticated yet glamorous and energetic atmosphere that overseas clients are looking for and willing to pay for.

If that doesn't feed the beast in you, Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Phil Suarez will develop destination restaurants like Jean George Noodle Shop, a 100 seat Asian dish and sushi bar restaurant and JG Global Diner which will be open 24 hours. Vongerichten and Suarez's renowned Culinary Concepts will cater all private events on the property for Project 3355 Las Vegas.
