Married couples normally share responsibility for the mortgage and so when the divorce is happening, the financial burden is normally too great for one person to remain in the house. With both parties absorbing the costs of a new place to live, the house normally has to be sold quickly. Other family problems that cause sellers to be motivated can include death and serious illness.

Finally, some homeowners are forced to sell because one of them is transferred to another job within their company or a better job offer comes along. This can sometimes lead to a quicker sale than the homeowners would like as they try to accommodate the needs of the business. Investors are always ready to look for bargains in the real estate market and this article has highlighted some of the reasons sellers are motivated in Las Vegas.
